Called in to place an order. The man that answer the phone laughing my ear and said we do not accept call ins on the weekend we are busy and we only accept direct and then hung up on me very very rude and obnoxious staff personnel. The food is very good there but if they want to keep getting customers to come back or two purchase their produce and meats and dinners then they need to hire polite people not rude and obnoxious personnel.
Food was ok, nothing to go out of your way for. Pricing was too high for the food quality and amount. That's the main reason for the rating--the prices definitely do not match the quality of the food. Would choose any random BBQ place to try over choosing here. If you're looking for a small country home town feel, this is definitely the place. If you are very particular about an establishment's appearance or inspection ratings, this may not be the place of choice either. The pecan pie was delicious and definitely homemade.
Great sausage;) my family has been picking up bbq here for years and it is consistently good at a fair price. Good selection of sides that are done well too.
We had an awesome experience here, the staff was super friendly and food was very good. We got one of the family packs which we felt was a good deal and amount of food for the price. We especially liked the choices of sides and the coleslaw was our favorite. Pies were great for dessert and seemed homemade.
Moist, tasty meats! Variety...brisket, pork chop, sausage and chicken. Good sides but were out if a few things during normal business hours. I will be back here. Sauce was muatard based I think. Fairly tasty too.
