Good service and quality that you would expect out of most Sonics
Never get my order under 10 mins. The company policy is 5 mins. Have to repeat order a couple X's also. When I go to other location I never have these problems!!

I ordered two small shakes which were during the half price sale. The total was $3.66, so I have the girl $20.66, she went inside to get my change , came back and gave me a $10 and two $1's and proceeded to go back in side. I realized right away that she hadn't given me all my change so I honked my horn twice she looked back but went inside anyways. I pushed red button, when the gentleman came on and asked if he could take my order, she looked outside and I shook the change she gave me in the air and motioned for her to come outside. She came to my truck and I told her she still owes me $5.00 she looked dumbfounded and said oh.......yeah.
That's no way to get a tip.
Order was not right. I ordered bacon cheese burger with mustard. I got a burger with mayonnaise no bacon.
